We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives with a printing error, a defect or damage, or is the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email us at afnan12@hotmail.co.uk with:

your order number
a clear photo of the problem

We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are:

unworn, unwashed and unused
in their original condition, with any tags attached

To start a return, email us first at afnan12@hotmail.co.uk with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us, because we'll give you the correct return address. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns of underwear, socks, swimwear or face masks unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Your legal rights (UK & EU customers)

If you live in the UK or the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Our 30-day return window is in addition to these rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
